I don't see any option contract under Docs!

I dont see either. Their is just a lease/option agreement!!

What kind of option? Would you like to sell it for a fee?

@midwest I needed a flex option. The specs are

ARV 270K+
I offered her 179k she said oh no that won't do it baby. I said I have another offer for you.

I shot my option offer at her at an agreed price of 245k. She said draw up the paper work and bring it. She said she will have her lawyer look over it. Fine with me. House needs some updates. Will try to find a buyer at original selling price 252k. I will market her home and see what happens. Most importantly I know how easy it is to get an option. So I will def acquire more!!

There is a fantastic website that you can go to it is www.docstoc.com. They claim to have over 20 million public documents. It is easy to search for the document you want also. They have documents that are free and others that you have to pay for - great site.
