I don't think it costs a thing (maybe you have to have read one of Dean's books, I'm not sure because I have read them all, and done the programs, and graduated from the Success Academy). The return is endless and priceless.

I agree Tina, this is a great place to come and get questions answered. I would suggest just start clicking and looking .There is a ton of information here, you can go back and read older posts, etc.Ask questions and everyone is more then happy to answer .

I never thought of it, but now that you've pointed it out, I do see that there're always many more guests than actual members here at one time or another, but of course, they cannot particpate in the threads until they create a username and password, and no, they don't have to buy anything to join in; and as you say, if they do, they will find out what a great site this is, and what an awesome guy Dean is-truly!
So, come on and hop on board all you guests! whether you're a newbie in real estate or have any experience in investing, you can join us and share your thoughts with us!

I'm like you I always noticed, but never realized so many guests were not DG members and should be-- just to be part of the fam!
DG Admin, is there anything the guests can't see that we can? Just wondering if they are missing out on anything by not signing up as an official member.

This is the Best site out there for guests and members. The knowledge and support that comes from all over the country and all walks of life is a plethora of wisdom that can't be bought.
You cannot do it alone,you must have mentors and guidance to truly succeed in this business and in life in general.

responses! I had no idea, but look at MarkK's summary of guest views vs member views on this site. Guests are missing out asking questions and getting answers! And, we are missing out on the thoughts of the guests.

Can't see what's been updated since their last visit
Can't reply or comment on anything which also means they can't see if anybody replied to what they (might've) said either.
Can't send/receive private messages, where a lot of networking takes place.

Can't receive discounts for the points they've (could have) accumulated
Won't be the first to know of any new products

Just wanted to point out that we can't reply to guest's questions because they can't post anything unless they're a member.
Tina, this one's for you and any others that didn't know, if you want to put somebody's reply in your reply, click on the quote button instead of the reply button. It does the same thing but leaves the person's reply in your reply.
When I clicked on quote for this particular reply of Tina's, it showed that a portion of her reply wasn't showing for some reason. So use the quote button and one should have no problems.

Dean you are doing "Over and Above". We grew up with naysayer's(family and associates). We never learned to save, gather, or pursue!! It take's us year's
to accomplish what love and guidance could have within a week or two!! Don't burn yourself out thinking your method's aren't working! We gave a little pull string, wood, toy train engine to a four year old boy, who just "stood there" holding the string, toy by his foot. It took several days of coaching and persuasion to get him to walk around, pulling the train behind him. Poor thing! Probably doesn't know, to this day, why he had to do it! It just wasn't in him!! It's "us" Dean, not "You". Thanks so much! ED!

I have a deal staring me in the face. Can I ask a question on how to structure the deal here in this forum or do I have to buy something first to get help with this? I have bought Dean's books.

You can ask any questions here on this site that you need help with concerning real estate all for FREE and we'll do our best to answer them. I'd highly recommend that you first do your part and look at pre-existing topics and use the search function (the text box in the top right of the main page) before asking however so that the forums do not get overwhelmed with repeat questions.

Glen is right, Yolanda, it is best to scour the site and forums to find your answers, but when I deal is staring at you, we understand time is of the essence!

I would recommend that you fill out some info on your profile so that other investors know a little about you and where you're from so that they can network with you.
