Almost giving up

Congratulations on being a part of the DG family. You can do this you need to keep the faith. Everyday you will learn more and it will better prepare you for the next deal. Try to find and lock-up a great deal and you may be able to assign it or find a partner without using any of your own cash. Dean's books are packed with tips, techniques and great information. Knowledge is power. You may want to join a local investment club to network and maybe find partners for future deals.

There are plenty of ways to begin investing in real estate using absolutely none of your own money. Have you read either of dean's books? I am new myself, but the only advice I can give is to not give up. I've read tons and tons of success stories on this website and in Dean's books. It can be done! You just have to be committed and determined! Don't let anyone tell you can't do it!

Welcome to the DG family! Don't feel alone. We know what it's like to be scared and just starting out. Just know that the opportunities are there for you, and the resources are endless. You are only as limited as you believe you are. The more you learn, the more confidence you'll have in trying the strategies Dean teaches. And the DG family is always here for each other, to offer support and encouragement.

Don't give up before you start!!
No one successful made it without taking a risk, If you are not sure of the deals you found, then try wholesaling like Joe said. The you can use that money for you deals. As far as your friends credit, If its good enought to get a loan then i don't see the problem except the rate may be a little higher.

Oh Rina put it all in a nut shell. listen to her and you wont go wrong.

there are ways to make things work...Just gotta first find out what they are...Wholesaling like some of the others mentioned is great way to start...

Giving up before you start isn't fair to yourself...Being scared of something happens...It happens to everyone at some point...But finding ways to get over the fear, and working at something that could make that fear go away, and give you a ton of confidence is a great thing too...Whether its real estate, or something else...

I have said this before, but nothing in life that is worth anything is easy...

Honestly, I wish you the best in whatever you decide to do...

If it was easy, everyone would have it and everyone would be a millionaire. You have an advantage over most because you have the tools from Mr. Graziosi and a support group, this forum, already here to help you every single step of the way.

There are deals where you can get owner financing and establish or rebuild your credit over time and then qualify for a loan. There are private loans that you can try for. Go to a rei club in your area to try and find one. We are all here for one reason, to become sucessfull! Some of us will, and the truth is many won't because they give up. If you give up you can never succeed, if you keep trying you will find success, it is only a matter of time! Keep on going and never stop!

When ever adversities hit you, throw it right back! There are many ways to succeeding! Persistancy breeds success. On this journey, there will be many objectives to handle. Empowering yourself by reading and asking questions on this new adventure will enable you to handle anything coming at you. This is the key to addressing fear. It only comes because we are not sure of our abilities. Nothing wrong with having high hopes! Just find what direction and technique will work best for you and master it.
