OfflineI wanted to share a story that I just heard today in my mentorship class. One of my classmates, who has spent months working hard at REI, just put 4 deals under contract in 1 week. To start off, a couple of weeks ago he was told he's getting laid off from his 17 yr job, which he was making 100k a year. We'll, this week he got laid off & in the same week, his hard work of never giving up paid off as he landed those deals. He got these leads from hiring some door knockers on pre-foreclosures, which cost him nothing, because he has an agreement to pay them if he closes on a deal. Long story short, He was reading motivational books every time he had a chance & just kept taken action & everything all the sudden lined up for him.
Keep going no matter what...

that is really cool and great...It is amazing how you can push and push, nothing happens, then all of a sudden, bunch of things happen at the same time...I know how that goes...It is such a great feeling!!!Great story, and the classmate def deserves it

Awesome story Jason! Thanks for sharing that with us. It goes to tell you that if you persistance enough and work hard for it, it will eventually pay off, and your classmate is just a great example of that. By the way, thanks again for your thoughts and prayers for my family and my people in Samoa!
