Dean’s Gain the EDGE 2010 Event: Indiana-Joe heads west to sunny Arizona in pursuit of more treasure troves of knowledge!

I was not at last years event but I am soooo looking forward to this year! I cannot wait to meet everyone and be empowered to Gain The Edge in 2010! I encourage everyone who can attend to attend. From what I have heard Gain The Edge is a life changing experience!

One of my fondest memories of the EDGE was one evening heading to dinner with new friends. We ran into Joe and Stacey at the Steak House up on the Hill - I belive I just finished going down the slide with the kids. That's just it we had so much fun that we didn't even feel silly about going down a kids slide. It was such an amazing experience and I treasure every memory. Here's to making more memories in 2010!!!

Let me remind you all have you May calenders cleared so you can go - It will be so worth it and the date will be announced soon!!!! DO NOT MAKE EXCUSES NOW - Take if from Joe and Stacey, they were just getting started at that point last year and now they are presenting!!! That could be you next year!!! Make the decision today to attend no matter what - you will not regret it for one minute.

I am so struggling with the decision to go and the date isn't even announced yet! I really want to - - - But - geez more money to spend. The Success Academy has proved to be worth it. I've closed 2 deals and am on my way to some big profit. Do you all really think it will be worth it??? I know that's a redundant question - but somebody talk me into it, OK?

It will be so worth it. Plus I recommend setting a goal to cover the cost by doing deals. That is exactly the motivation you need to get more done, plus you've already proven you can do it. You've already done 2 deals - CONGRATS!!! It is hard to put into words what a great experience it is. Make it a priority and the work the deals so the $ isn't really even part of the equation.

We want to see you there!!!

Jan and I have heard so many great things aboout the event. So many people have had life changing experiences from attending the event. Knowing Dean and the team, I am sure this yeat will blow everyone away and be even better and fill everyones heads with so much knowledge and really get everyone who goes doing deals. And yes, that Steak house Rustlers Rooste on top of the hill has some great memories for Jan and I as well. They make a mean steak, and I think Rina can testify to that. Meeting with other investors who do exactly what you are doing, and have the same goals as you is just priceless!!!

My kids still talk about the slide that was inside the Rustler's Rooste Restaurant "Beer and Brew with a View". (Check out the in-door slide photos at their website http://www.rustlersrooste.com/photogallery/index.html) Yes, I did go down the slide (more than once ) I had to make sure it was safe for the kids! I remember we had so much fun that night too. Dean's Live EDGE event felt like a gathering of friends rather than a seminar of strangers. I could not believe that Dean spent so much time talking with people at the event, he was there from start to finish.

Dean and so many of the speakers were so great to speak with and answer questions. Chip and Andrea were so gracious to speak with everyone and answered all my questions at the event. We had an opportunity to speak to and meet so many of the DG members. The EDGE event is not only awesome for the tremendous amount of knowledge and information you get but the friendships that are made! We look forward to seeing you again this year! (Go Cubs!) I believe that Dean's Live Gain the EDGE Event is a chance of a lifetime. Last year after I got the call from the Success Academy, I watched Dean's video blog announcement about his first live event to be held in April 2009. I felt like I had to be there. After the event, we could not wait until the next event because it ignited a passion, a burning desire inside of us to do whatever it took to succeed. We found our "WHY" while attending the event and knew nothing woudld get in our way. I would tell anyone that wants to succeed in real estate investing that this event is a MUST to attend. I remember last year after the first day of Dean's event we were like kids that could not sleep the day before Christmas!
