I'm having a little trouble finding a agent to work with so I have no homes but I do have buyers who invest out of state so let me know if your interested. Do you offer the 15% share in profit to the agent that provides you the CASH Buyers spread sheet?...and the 50$ stake dinner for providing you list of short sales and foreclosures(example) are these two different REagents or one in the same?

Also, I am working with an agent who has provided me comps and I have just asked him to look up cash purchases in the past 90 days. He said he isn't sure MLS has that info but will try. Is there a way to go about doing this for the agent? He maybe a bit new too.

Tell your agent to call the MLS helpline and have them tell him/her how to get the list. You want cash SALES for (your area of interest) within the past 90-120 days. Have them ask the helpline exactly that way.
