and have a wonderful Thanksgiving! from my family to yours. Take plenty of pictures and movies of the kids because they change so much everyday that you won't remember what they looked like or sounded like with each passing year. That's one mistake I made that I can pass onto you before you make it. Tape it ALL! any and all conversations, just put it on record, sit it on the counter top and play on!

You are such an amazing idol for so many of us. How does it feel? Pretty humbling I bet... That seems like an appropriate word for you. You are an amazing man who appears very down to earth considering your successes in life. I find that so inspiring. I just wanted to let you know how happy I am that I saw your infomercial on TV and ordered your book and eventually found my way to this site. And now I'm part of your Success Academy! You and your team have put together such an incredible package for obtaining and maintaining success. I am so impressed that you've done so much to help others. I know you're the real deal! And I know I will meet you someday! There is so much I want to learn from you! But I'll start with knowing you started where I am (almost literally, b/c I live on LI too, Suffolk County). My computer had a virus, so I wasn't able to access anything at all. But Now I am up and running again. So I just found out it was your birthday on the 20th and wanted to wish you a Happy Belated Birthday and I hope you had a great day with family and friends. When I first opened up the DG website to listen to your blog I saw something that said Happy Birthday Dean. Well you may not know this but my birthday was 2 days before yours on the 18th of November. So instantly I thought the birthday wishes were for me, because everyone calls me Dean which is my middle name, but I now know they were for you. Regardless, I still enjoyed reading all the responses to wish you a Happy Birthday and felt connected. So In closing, I would like to give you my deepest heartfelt thanks to you for all the encouragement you provide and again Happy Birthday. My wife is a Sagatarius too (Nov 25). I've been working on our rental so hard that I never made it to the store to buy her anything.
We will close on our second deal in a couple weeks so I told her and my son and daughter that that's what they are getting for Christmas. I actually took her shopping last night so I think we're good. She's a good woman who at the very least lets me do my thing without too much grief. I love this stuff and I hope that continues. I love helping my tenants and improving their lives. I love improving my properties and I love making $ $ $. I know that won't change. lol. I have all three of your books and I love them and your video blogs. Real Estate aside your advice is truely enriching my life. Thanks and Happy Happy Birthday ! Many more !
