OfflineOn top of his regular job, my husband, also named Dean,worked a side job for us and lovingly came into the house with the check from that job and said to me; "You can call them now!". Meaning, he had work 186 hrs on a side to give part of it for the academy. So--I joined the academy. yeah !!!!!!!
First things first; from Dean's books, I have one contract to buy under way. closing is next month. That was before the success academy.
I joined a few days ago....been working on getting my realtor. That's #1 to me at this point. I already have a title co.
Today's plan; spend more time on securing a realtor, working on my academy lessens and returning phone calls from the flyers that I put out for buyers.

The Success Academy is Dean's coaching program (successful students like Matt Larson, Carol Stinson, and many others enrolled in that). It is conducted by PMI. If you have one of Dean's books, their 1800 number is on there and you can call them to ask for more info. (I haven't enrolled yet, but I have heard good things, so I will enroll someday soon!)

You guys are so great.......I haven't done anything with Randy or Laura, yet....But I'm excited about the academy......still working on finding my realtor. That was part of my first instructions.........but I've been working on that for a while,. I will get it done.
