My husband and I are a part of the PMI mentoring program. I must say that access to the coaches at PMI has been invaluable to us. We also have a mentor who does the one on one coaching. That part is yet to be determined. The coaches answer most our day to day questions and we absolutely love having their expertise and input availabe six days a week.

To be honest, just having our mentor give us a little bit of information regarding how to build our buyers list was the first step to a very fast moving investment business for us. We have 30 years of business experience and yet we were leary about placing ads on craigs list. Our mentor helped show us how it is done and gave us a little push and our business took off from there. That alone was worth a lot. We've got a lot to learn I'm sure, but for right now we are so busy with marketing property and sending it to our buyers, that I'm not sure when we will have time for another lesson. The coaches answer any question we have right now. We still want to learn more and we believe that our mentor is going to be key in doing so.

correct me if i'm wrong BUT PMI and the SUCCESS ACADEMY R ONE IN THE SAME !!!! PMI administers DEANS SUCCESS ACADEMY. they are located in Lehi,Utah

they are not two different entities........

Thank you all for responding with your input, I recently spoke with my coach that i will be working with over the next 12 months and we are both very excited i cant wait to get the process started i know its only a matter of time with the work we put in and the knowledge that we have access to we cannot and will not fail. Yes, they are one and the same. If you sign up with the Success Academy, then you get access to PMI which is the online education system and you have access to the coaches.

I highly recommend it, it was worth every penny I spent.

I saw your post this morning. I am a coach with PMI. We fulfill all the training and mentoring for Dean. The success academy is a very successful program that dean uses to help his students succeed. The advantages of the academy is the 1 on 1 mentoring and having access to live coaches that run their own investment businesses. We produce the wheel all the time, there isn't any reason you need to re-create the wheel, just learn from us on how we got started and have been successful with it.

I'm glad your considering it, I say do it.

I'm still spinning my wheels after 3 years. Just didn't believe I needed anything more than the books. I know I've missed plenty of opportunities. The only consolation is that the markets still at bottom.

I have had an opportunity to speak with many of the coaches from Dean's Success Academy and I would highly recommend working with these dedicated people that hav helped many new students succeed. Education will help you increase your speed of knowledge. I also like the quote that states it will cost you more for the things you do not know. Good luck. Believe and Achieve! - Joe

if you are already enrolled in the Success Academy, then you already have access to all the coaches at PMI; I don't understand why they would be calling you offering you more coaching before you finish your SA training...

I would recommend that you finish your SA lessons, complete the assignments, take action, and get some deals done, and use the money from your deals to pay for the 'hands on training' in the future...

I could never have gotten even to where I am now without PMI's coaches... I have been calling them at least once a week for over a month now, off and on for over a year and some days in the last couple weeks I've called them 3 or 5 times in a single day. I am even on a first-name basis with a few.

They are worth every penny I've ever paid to be in a program. They all teach from experience and they are all DG family members...

I don't think PMI actually stands for Product Marketing Institute, I think it stands for Practically Mandatory Instruction!
