OfflineWell! I did my first over a thousand dollar bird dog deal. I wish i could have done more-but i feel i did all i could have. It was a S/S and i went through the ordering of all the bank forms and did the financials with the homeowner. I got to a place where i was getting very nervous, so i step aside and gave it to a Realtor to complete the task. (Payoff $1200) I learned a lot and not sure if i am cut out to do S/S, but a least i can say i tried.
I am now going to focus on a wholesale deal and shoot for 5k. Pray for me please!
