Thank you for the welcome Keith. That is very kind of you my fellow Cali brother. I have been reading, going to REIC meetings, seminars and boot camps about real estate investing for 5 to 7 years and still have not pulled the trigger because of valid and not so valid personal and family problems and excuses. However, I am committed and determined to make it in the business and now is the time. I believe Dean is the real thing and this web community is awesome. Work it like you mean it, stay tuned in to DG, read anything and everything you can on site, but when something is confusing or doesn't seem to make sense, just ask!

There are Table of Contents on the "30 days to fast cash" thread, there are "Intro to the site" threads that help guide you.

And there are many of us eager to help.
