hi all,thanks for all the very informative info from each and every one of you !! have been reading posts for awhile and thought it was time to start.
i have read both books profit from real estate now and be a real estate millionaire.after reading half way into profit from real estate now i had to check into the academy.when i called i was VERY sceptical of everything because i only have seen dean on info 1 time then ordered the books.before i knew it it was 10:pm at night and on the phone with pmi for 1 hr.finally after asking 100 ?'s i said yes to the coaching!!! after putting what i thought was alot of $ on my credit card i wanted to call back to cancel.i typed in deans name on the internet and got something about na scam then i was really worried until i read the entire story.i caannot remember it all but said this group or persons checked him out and he IS A REPUTABLE GUY and backs all his dealings in short story.man did that make me feel better i did not call to cancel and could not wait to get my material.the next day i was still very nervous about spending that amount! i kept reading and reading . have been in coaching program for about a month and the coaches have been great although i havent called in as often as i should because i am trying to do all the steps in the course. all for now hope to write more soon.thanks to everyone who shares their knowledge what a great site !!!!!

We went to AZ for the 2 day Brainstorming session that we bought into at the Edge event in May. It was great for the most part. Just spending time with Dean and Matt you can feel the energy just rubbing off from them on to us.

Just like after the Edge we are more on fire working on more deals.

been awhile!!

Since updating my journal.........I blame it on my JOB!!! man I can't wait to someday do rei full time!!!
Anyway I am still awaiting the closing of the 4 property deal...its been over a Mnth or more....waiting on title company and abstracts for all properties.been advertising them for sale even beforevi legally own them and still building buyers list with calls.
Making progress with another accepted offer from two mnths ago on a two story wth with large hip barn and garage.itvis an estate sale so taking a long time to nail down but I am not giving up on this as I have a buyer already that bugs me EVERY other day to get this one as soon as everything is closed on.
been working 13 hr days at my day job for 1 Mnth ........in long island for the hurricane, then to clifton park ny.....then to prattsville, cobleskill ny.............just got home last week.........wow I am sick of working so much.......I makevgrest money but think how I can make the same amount on a deal or two!!!!!!!!!. Benefits are a major thing for us.
Also started another network marketing business.........with electricity.........looking for partners to share this amazing opportunity with also....anyone interesred.....email or pm me.
have multiple rei opportunities coming at me but time is limited.I just have to pick the best ones.
the dg 2012 cruise is coming up in feb and hope to see more dgers sign up to go! !!!!!! KAREN, I AND JUSTIN REXCITED to see all who r going in feb......I believe we have some where around 40 going so far!!!!!

Its been awhile since I updated my journal....just want to say it is amazing all the new members that r taking action .....WAY TO GO! !!!
well I finally closed another deal a couple months back on a $weeeet house and hip roof barn with very nice yard. This house was first listed at 69900 then lowered. It was a vacant house that my realtor sent to me.After staying PERSISTENT for Mnth s I FINALLY closed on this BEAUTY!!! I bought this house for 25 k yes. 25 THOUSAND!!!! wow I couldn't believe it..I have been marketing to wholesale it but to no avail...so yesterday I Had a verbal agreement for a rent to own for 5000 down 500per Mnth @8% and a TOTAL SALE PRICE OF $70,000 !!!!! Called and confirmed all numbers and terms with buyer and then called attorney to start the contract! !!
On another note I am STILL AWAITING closing on my 4 deal package property....there r abstract obstacles that r still being ironed out.in the meantime I asked the seller if I could put a for sale sign on HIS property with MY #day until closing and he said yes...WELLLL another dger named chris Brindamour started to market a different property I had so he could make a profit and guess what ....he got a call from a lady that NEEDED a place ASAP!!!!! so chris called me....I called her and I also ca lled the owner of the 4 deal package that has not closed yet and said look....I KNOW we haven't closed yet but this lady has two kids. and she will be my. Tennant anyway and NEEDS a place ASAP.He said ok put her in there !!! Now when it closes I have a remnant buyer already to rent to own.!!! I sent chris a $100for check just for telling me about her and I will send him more when this remnant buyer signs with me AFTER CLOSING.
I know this gets confusing but I LOVE this reign stuff and how you can CREATE deals by thinking a little different.....THANKS DEAN!!!

Thanks for the plug! This was a win-win-win, or is a 4 way win? I don't know, but it worked!!!

All you DGers out there. While $100 is not a lot of money, it's $100 for doing little more than posting a few ads. Had this been a cash buyer that could easily have been $1000. I probably spent an hour on this, so I got paid $100 an hour, a more than I would have made in a hour at a JOB.

The point being, if you don't have a deal, or buyers for that matter, I had neither in this area, you can make some extra money by helping someone else sell a property and maybe pick up a buyer for your list in the mean time.

I have no problem marketing other people's properties, even if I don't find a buyer for the property I may pick up a new buyer for my list. Now you don't have to worry about someone calling on a ghost ad, you have a real property for them.

Chris .....great advice and it is YOUR ACTION that brings the rewards.getting others deal moving is a great way to cash in as you stated.$100 per hr is darn good $ and that is only the beginning.it could turn into THOUSANDS PER HR JUST BY BEING AWARE AND TAKING ACTION AS you have shown.take Chris's advice and make something HAPEN !!
