cool...There ya go...Ya sound fired up...Don't let anything stop ya though...I will promise that there will be hard times, followed by even harder times...But pushing through those times will tell ya how much you want it...So Good luck, and like your journal says, JUST DO IT!!!That will get you so much further than reading, and studying non stop...You can know anything you want, but unless you do it, what you know and learn, actually means nothing...So get to it, and make things happen...Plus you learn more anyways that way...I bookmarked your journal, so I will def keep checking in to see how things are going...

Make my first call today for 1 family house FSBO. Now that I am breathing again. What with the nervousnes, I carry this book around like a bible, constantly reading and rereading the steps I need to take. The owner wants to do a short sale but I dont have enougn info from him yet.
Moving forward soon, Hopefully I will reach a more secure confidence level when I speak to him this evening

Your on the right track. Circumstances have a way of making you feel you're not. I'm surrounded by negativity. From people that don't even know me. It took years of my life before I learned that I had to close myself off from family and friends and walk away from people who say negative things. I learned I only attracted the worses out of people because I have been sold on negativity myself. I bought into what they or it was selling. Start rewarding yourself. Build an invisible sheild around you. If they or it is not positive , don't let them in. It was hard for me to learn to fight the battles you can win. I was always trying to help others and in the process the wear and tear left my life in a mess. I learned to take responsibility for what has happen to me and move on in a positive direction. Let go of what's got you feeling down. Somethings we don't have control over. We have just been given an opportunity that will for me come once in a life time! This is a ground floor opportunity. We cannot miss the boat on this! This is the right time and connection. Don't allow anything to steer you for a minute the other way. Because it only takes a second for negativety to rob you of your dreams. Stay on the site for support. From my heart, I wish you all the best always........Lubertha

There are so many negative and I did get side tracked but only for a moment when I realize those talking are doing absolutely nothing to change their lives but have a lot to be critical of when they hear how enthusiastic I am about my new venture.
