I bought Dean's new book in May and have been trying to find properties 30-50% off with no luck. Now I know my market is great at 20-30/%. Found a realtor that sends me props. Made 30 offers with none acceptanced.

I'm just now getting back to you. Some how I got side tracked with all the great information on this site I missed your message.
Well everything is going good as far as real estate goes. I'm also working on Probates here in San Bernardino County and I just sent over 20 letters. I'll let you know how that turns out. I think Palm Springs, Ca belongs to Riverside County so I'm curious as to how that works out there too. I will pm you to give you more info.
