I would like to say congratulations on your recent deals! Definitely encouragement for me as well. I am just getting started with REI but have known that it is a good source of wealth for a couple of years. Right now I am working on building my team, understanding the process, and using the foreclosure alert tool to find my first property. Stories like these encourage me and I declare that by the end of the year..if not sooner....I will have done my first deal as well!

Congrates on this deal. I have just started out in the Success Academy last month myself and have learning a ton. How long have you been in the Academy yourself? I want to try and give myself reasonable goals to try and attain and hearing how fast others are moving would be helpful.
