Wait a second I was just reading and catching up on all of this... your wife is a ... Realtor? So she would have access to the MLS? So you have half the tools you really need right there, as long as she is motivated and willing to help you. Being able to get properties as soon as they come on and off the MLS is excellent!
Sounds like your doing great... Keep going with your action steps!!! If I may make a suggestion?
Start building up your list... post up an ad somewhere and start building it up and see where it goes. Start with the buyers list (trust me, no where near as hard as it may seem). Trust me once the buyers flow in you pretty much made money lol.
Sounds like your on your way!

Stay on course. Remember what your goals are. Come to this site daily, or atleast a few times a week to stay on target. There is a ton of info here and a ton of people who have found success thanks to Dean. Read the books, read the posts, and just do it! What do you have to lose? If you don't start somewhere then where will you end up? Nowhere! You can do it, anyone can!

lol i'm home for a couple of days and trying to figure out a way to hook my laptop up to my cell phone for when i'm back in no internet land.i have cell reception so if i can get some sort of usb hookup i should be able to get hooked up online.
ok progress to date is not much.i have called a couple of hard money lenders and left messages but no return calls as of yet.
there was a re auction last weekend that i was going to for buyers,but it got cancelled due to weather.that's the big update to date.
i refuse to be discouraged,i know things aren't always going to move at the speed i'd like.keep moving forward,rob

Every Mcdonalds has free WIFI. So if there is one nearby... Most coffee shops also have free wifi. That won't really help if your going to be in the middle of a forest, jungle, or desert....but you get the idea.
