watched andrea and gena tonight on their livecast. awesome ladies as usual and great info. it's funny how you can hear the same info over and over and then someone says it just a little differently but saying the same thing nonetheless and suddenly you "get it".

so true what you say about hearing something said differently and then it just clicks, and makes total sense! Same thing happens to me when I read something more than once...

I noticed that you're going to Tony Robbins seminar! That is so cool! I was told that he'll be coming to San Jose, Ca in June, so I'm looking forward to going then!!!

thanks for the visit and the comment. i'll be sure to let you know how the event turns out. I didn't realize I was 1200 miles from the event or I would've booked a flight. getting ready to pack up the laptop and head out. planning on going halfway tonight and then roll in tomorrow and rest up.

DAY 3 OF UPW @ Ft. Lauderdale

Just got back from Ft. Lauderdale this morning @ 6a.m. Drove straight back and laid down for 2 hrs. then woke wide awake at 8a.m. ready to get at my new life.
Spending this morning putting out fires from being gone for a week and then I'm going to start tomorrow becoming a business owner instead of a business operator.

wow winter really sucks. in my own way of always trying to see the good in a bad situation it was a great day to catch up on my studies and get my workout in without leaving the house. since I had 2 ft. of snow blocking my door it was a good thing and kept me from going stir crazy.

been out of touch since the edge and having a hard time getting back in the swing. don't get me wrong I'm working, just not a the required level. I have to remind myself every day, that everyday I don't do everything I need to do to reach my goals is more time I have to live the way I don't want to.

Rob, sometimes that happens but change your mindset and make it happen.. think of it this way...... hot deals are going right by and you are missing them!!! Now go get some!!!

well at the very least it's been a long time posting. ok where am I? oh yes I remember....WAY BEHIND!!! started this year out feeling good and had great expectations and somehow it all went to crap. how did it go to crap you ask?
by not doing the things I'm supposed to do.by not following through. by not taking action every day.
good God somebody kick me daily until I don't need it anymore. I'm sick of being where I am and I'm moving forward, but at a snails pace. I have to get my systems in place. I've paid a lot of money to go fast and haven't. I come home from work and take care of everyone else's needs and I'm all used up. I have to get more energy to do more and be determined to do what I need to do ESPECIALLY when I don't feel like it.
don't do what I've caught myself doing dg family. do today what others won't so tomorrow you can do what others can't.

got another one accepted yesterday. this one I'd given up on months ago, but would still call the attorney every couple months just in case. this was an estate sale. the property needs a total renovation but has very good bones and has good arv's and good sold like kind comps. I figured whether I wholesale it or fix and flip I'm in good shape, but it all hinged on this bank that was big in the area at one time, but when they told me they owned the paper I didn't even know the bank was still in business. apparently it's barely in business because when you call you get a recording saying their system is down for updating for 6 months now. anyway they must've "come back from de islands mon" because they gave their blessing on Friday late afternoon. no explanation just called the estate attorney up and said take the deal and hung up.
just goes to show a deal isn't always as done as you might think it is lol,
