this is the perfect time to get aggressive with our Bandit Sign campaigns. Why, you ask? Easy, we are getting close to major elections and all the cities and towns are littered with those signs. If we put our signs close to the political signs, what city official would dare to pull them up. But be sure to use your own stakes, don't nail them on somebody else's property, like poles and street signs etc.. I'll be out there Saturday morning before daylight! How about you?
Let's put yellow signs all over every city in America!

I just did some myself! I put them up at late night though. I dont like having people watch me when I am putting it up. I just feel awkward.
Already got 2 calls and put them on my buyers list. One of them was a contractor as well so hopefully I killed 2 birds with one stone.
Hey! What a great idea there are certainly lots of campaigns signs up all over. I think I will join in and get my signs out there as well.

Tom, I like the way you think. Although I do put signs out...mostly on Friday nights, they are always gone by Monday or Tuesday. Let's see how long theystay up this time.

As I put my signs up in transitional areas (where my Rehabber's like to buy), I find it is actually safer to put them up at the crack of dawn Saturday morning. Strange how the streets are nice and quiet, no one hanging around etc. at 06.00 AM vs. 7 PM Friday night. I am usually done in less than 2 hours and gone before the locals even wake up!

Hey Walter,
I like the reasons you named about the preference of Saturday before dawn, but there is one more. A lot of people go out partying Friday night, which puts all the cops on alert, while Saturday morning everything is peaceful and the officers are more concerned about donuts.
So let's get up early, it pays!

I am putting them up tonight 50% of my signs stay up during the wk! putting out 25 tonight I put up 25 Fri night last & got 4 calls, 1 lady reffd a house already in e escrow & 2 wholesalers I added as buyers & bird doggers/partners on deals & 1 guy I had to cb & couldnt get a hold of. I think I made them (the words) too small & bunched together. When I put on my signs like this:

It's seems bunched up, I am going to make the ph# larger I think people are getting the ph# & also they werent the right areas although the neighboorhood i put them in had the #1 busiest intersection in san diego go figure, well I am trucking onward & upward, thanks dg.fam dont know what id do w/out you!

Lately, I've been ill, so I've got to catch up by putting up bandit signs.
I've got all the material needed, just stumped for words that will actually get buyers and sellers attention. Would anyone please help by giving me some examples of wording that has worked for you on your bandit signs?
Hey Arcey, fill out your profile so folks know who they are talking with. If you look above your post a couple there is the wording needed on your sign that came from Matt. In Deans 30 Days book he did not have the website at the bottom though but I know folks put it on the sign also. Good luck!

Man, I did not think about that! My blank yellow signs are on their way here.
I haven't decided at around what time to put the signs out yet. I work from 3:30am during the week, so I know that I will get up a bit earlier on a Monday morning to remove the signs. I bet I will beat the Sign Police!
Maybe I will post them very early on Saturday like 5am (which is not very early for me!).
