Cheapest Bandit Signs and Business Cards Ever!!!!!!

Cheapest Bandit Signs and Business Cards Ever!!!!!!

Ok, hopefully this will add a lot of value to the rest of my DG family! I get so much out of this site from you guys I feel good about adding some value to yours. I know a lot of us use bandit signs and almost all(really should be all) of us have business cards. These are the cheapest I've found by far and fantastic quality on the business cards.

Bandit Signs (White & Yellow Blank) www.VictoryStore.com
I use yellow. These are perfect for taking a Black Marker and writing your We Buy Houses message on 18 X 24 for $.80 per sign. Everywhere else I've seen have been at least $1.70 unless you're buying 500 and up.

***Bonus*** If you buy one(1) sign stake with the order, which is $.66, they discount the price of the signs to $.72. I just picked up a whole load to blitz North NJ.

Business Cards
For great quality, high gloss professional business cards, go to www.gotprint.com. They have several designs perfect for real estate, you can design your own and get 1000 (did I say very high quality cards) for $7.55, with the shipping your total will be $16.63 for 1000 high-gloss, your own design business cards.

These are 2 great tools for both the newbie and seasoned pro, and often times when you're marketing on a budget, you want the cheapest price without broadcasting to the world, you don't have much cash. Hope this helps everyone. God bless.

thank you Deshone!

for sharing-I've been getting my cardboards at the dollar store Eye-wink

it is so nice when people give back, whether it's a tip on how to make more money, or how to save money... and the feeling you get for giving: priceless!

more options

I have been using www.vistaprint.com for years and no one can beat their prices....I get promotional emails every week offering free cards, stationary, tee shirts, signage or anything else you can think of ....and the offers are legit...I have received a ton of stuff for free and as you go through with an order you will be offered other things at huge discounts...this is a fantastic site for just about anything you will need to start your business or keep it going in a VERY cost efficient manner. I HIGHLY SUGGEST checking them out and let them email you some offers for free stuff....dont buy anything for like a week after they have your email address and you will be offered biz cards for free along with at least 10-15 other items. They have formats that you can pick from or you can create your own...right online...no special software and no need to have your stuff is some alien format for proofing....they are fast and there stuff is really really nice...looks way more expensive than it is...

Things I have actually ordered are:
Large Car magnets
tee shirts
biz cards
thank you cards
thank you post cards
custom post it notes
pens
calendar cards
silver biz card holder (for your pocket)
and probably a ton of other stuff i cant think of right now

Use them, you will never have to look anywhere ever again. They rock!
My last order was for glossy front and full color back biz cards for 1500 (I usually get 10,000 at a pop but this was linked to a free offer thingy) and got some free post it notes that had my business stuff printed on them and it cost me $40.12!....Any where else it would have been $110-$190 roughly.

www.banditsigns.com 877-877-8664 is the HIGHEST QUALITY, CHEAPEST AND FASTEST you will find....PERIOD. Dont believe me... Google it and find out for yourself and make sure your read all the fine print and extra options you have to pay for with all the other suppliers. These guy include everything and have templates and no fine print...printing and delivery is FAST and they look awesome every time. I used to get mad when I would see my sign disappear from the poles and not I don't care because I get them so cheeeeeap! If you order, please mention my company name. I dont know if the give out discounts for referrals but it would be nice if I could get some signs for free or 10% off or something. I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Check this out and you will be in great shape for some major marketing on a budget!

I hope that helped everyone and saves everyone the 2 weeks of time it took me to organize it all and pull the trigger to order something.

Good luck, and God Bless.

Thank you for the information it is helpful. I want to agree with you that DG'ers are very helpful. I am learning new things every day on here.

Money Talks

Bernard, thanks for sharing, I've used Vista print before, i'm not sure about the other things but I just did a demo order on there for $1500 glossy business card, they threw in free sticky notes, but the order came to $68.98. I know you can get free ones from vistaprint but those ones are on paper and really low quality.

As far as banditsigns.com, their price for blank bandit signs is $1.89 per sign, where as victorystore.com is $.72 per sign. Thats more than double with no fees just shipping.

I've searched both of those sites and many more for business cards and bandit signs(blank) these are definitely the cheapest. God bless!

My cards are beautiful and like I said....I didnt just go to the sight and try to order....I responded to a free offer that was emailed to me....that is the key with vistaprint.

And www.banditsigns.com.....corrigated plastic heavy duty signs...that work and shipping is fast and no little loop holes...Im glad you have a supplier that works for your all I am saying is that the guy who owns banditsigns.com is a REI and understands our cost. They run specials every month for REI and I paid 199 for 250 signs =.79 a sign...and there are waaaay more options than yellow black......white with blue writing is the best and you can google why....colors make people buy in different industries...thats why McDs, Wendys, Burger Kind and the like all uses Red and Yellow....and blue white works better for visibility...there are studies on this on the www and on the website for the signs.....I can put up and take down each sign around 25 times before I need to throw it away due to the high quality. Never had a problem with them and after the first order you get addition offers that fall below the pricing outlined above.

Just putting it out there for people to look at. I did 2 weeks of due diligence before ordering these signs and from the receipt of the first order I was amazed with the quality vs the ones I have used in the past. I owned a LARGE construction co. in NY for 10 years so I have spent some money on this stuff and used just about everything avail for purchase at some point. I think many people would love banditsigns.com vs the many bandit sign idiot companies out there. I'm sure you would agree with me that there is a lot of stuff out there to weed through on your way to the first order if you don't already know about a great source. I don't work for them and do not receive royalties and could care less if someone say I referred them. I truly am amazed and happy with them. The customer service and fulfillment time are excellent and they are professional, prompt, polite and over deliver.

???

Elix, I think I missed it, the N word???

Deshone - Mr. Real Estate

oooooooooooooooooooh!

Your bandit signs are blank....my bad....mine are printed... and are .79.

They say

WE BUY
HOUSES!
***-***-****

You probably are correct for the blank ones...I have never looked for blanks...I dont have the time to sharpie out 250 signs a week.

Great

Thats great Bernard, I haven't ordered anything but yellow signs, that's all I wanted. To each his own, these are two options so hopefully they can add value to many people's businesses. We do know this, there is nothing cheaper than these two, Lol.

Deshone - Mr. Real Estate

Yes,.......the 'N' word

Newbie

Where is this price???

Bernard, maybe I'm lost, but I'm very familiar with David Alexander, who owns banditsigns.com. Where is this $.79 per sign. I'm on the site and have been, clicked on specials, clicked on everything and I'm not seeing anywhere near that price. I want this to be easy for people, so please tell me what I need to do. I don't see anything below $1.39

Also, what size signs are you talking about?

P.S. This is the link for victory store to make it easy to go right to where you need to be to order.

Deshone - Mr. Real Estate

Ooooppps

Sorry Elix, I call myself a newbie all the time, I didn't know it was derogatory. Lol.

Deshone - Mr. Real Estate

I agree...

I agree for blanks...your guy is prob the cheapest and for printed my guy is prob the cheapest....

Examples of mine are at http://shop.banditsigns.com/bandit-signs-real-estateinvesting-c-42_27.ht...

Also...if you visit www.banditsigns.com on the left side of the page you will see links to mp3s and and Articles on bandit signs that explain the most effective ways to use them and a bunch of other info that I never knew about them...I suggest anyone interested in more information read through the articles and listen to the mp3. It is really interesting info that anyone using this type of guerilla marketing should know or at least know how to get the most bang for the buck. I thought I knew it all and apparently I didnt lol

Its free so why not at least learn something from the info even if you dont order there.

Dont pay attn to the prices on the site...the specials are burried inside the order...look for something that says.... $199 for 250 18x24 signs (which are the large ones that you want, dont waste money on dinky ones) or look for Signs for as little as .97 per sign...addition discounts applied at check out or by phone or email....

BTW

I have heard many times from many sources that handwritten signs get a better response rate than pre-printed(sellers feel like they're dealing with a human person and not a huge company). Just food for thought but if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I'm not doing 250 bandit signs a week yet, but I do have the time to sharpie 50 per week.

Yea...I hear ya...but I find

Yea...I hear ya...but I find that if you hand write and then send them to a 24 hour recorded line or a voicemail you just defeated your purpose...and I shoot for exposure and motivation.....If a person is truly motivated they will call for help...so those are the people that I want on my phone anyway and with the pre printed ones...I dont have to spend my time doing that, I can spend my time working with clients or looking for deals...I have done it both ways and the latter seems to drive better results...caused we are ultimately looking for motivated people that are less likely to care about who they are working with...they are solution based people that are having solution based thoughts and we both know that this is a numbers game....so preprinting allows the volume of signs to be out there without having to take more time to write more up and drives the calls of motivated people....2 birds...one stone.

I do still hand write on my

I do still hand write on my For Sale and Open house preprinted signs however...I do that to draw in buyers so they think that they are dealing with a FSBO or a mom and pop that wants to sell....then when they get there, I got em! Smiling

Yes, makes sense

Definitely makes sense, but how do you put out that many bandit signs per week. Also, what area do you work in? Do you find putting them higher doesn't get them removed. I place mine on pretty high, but very visible (especially with yellow signs) wooden poles using nails. I haven't had any removed yet. I'm more interested in knowing how to do that kind of volume myself.

bandit signs

Thanks for the info guys good stuff...

OPT

Other peoples time.

Hire someone! You need exposure to get phone calls...calls make money and money make more money to pay more people. College kids love this stuff cause a complete moron could do it. Give them a map and 50 signs...tell them to go post them up and each one to take their camera (with date and time stamp turned on) and take a picture of the sign everytime they put one up. then when they comback, check the camera, i do it on the computer but you can just use the camera if you need to. and look through all the picture and the date and time on the pics. When you count all 50. Then pay them. I give $2 a sign on the way up and $1 a sign to take them down and bring them back....the really good ones I throw them "bonus money" for gas or a good job.....do it how you want. but it cheeeeeap compared to doing it yourself.

Buy a hammer stappler $20 walmart.....throw that hammer and nails in the garbage...its faster with the hammer stappler....the higher the better.

or

make someone in your familiy or one of your kids do it if you have teenagers...you can always find a way...you dont have to pay them like i do...create something that works for your.....your going to pay for marketing one way or another so no excuses lol....its a tax write off anyway....1099 them and make them sign a waiver that they will not sue you for anything....you have college kids playing in traffic and hanging from telephone poles....no waiver = lawsuit!

Great advice

This is great stuff, I'm especially interested in the hammer stapler, how the heck does that look? I'm on Walmart.com now, is it like a staple gun, I actually use two long pieces of pvc pipe, one has an iron end cap i hooked up like a hammer and the other has a slit in the middle where I stick the signs. Raise em up and their in (9 out of 10 times lol), but I would definitely like to be more efficient. This method usually takes me about 2 minutes per sign but can take up to 4 or 5 if I'm having difficulties. It's good because I can definitely get them about 9 feet high or so where no one can snatch them down.

Here's a video on how i made the sign hanger:

Thanks for sharing

I have used vista print for years and I will check out the other site.

Great Input

Thank you for your tips on the signs, cards, etc. Deshone. I'm just starting out myself and am trying to absorb as much as I can. I've bookmarked your tips so I don't lose them. I hope to be able to share knowledge/wisdom as helpful as this in the near future. May God Bless you all with your journey to success...

Sincerely,

Rodney

Bandit Sign & Business Cards

I am a newbie. So, thanks for the tip. I will certainly look into the Business card aspect as that seems like a reasonable price for the amount of cards you receive. Anyone has tips on building buyer's list. This seems to be the toughest part for me.

Thanks guys

Rodney, I'm happy to give back anything and in time, you will be able to add tons of value as you travel this road, we're in this together and iron sharpens iron.

EDevance, there are at least 50+ different forums on here to help you in building your buyer's list. Right under deans face (top left) type in buyers list and hit enter or go to "Real Estate Forums" and click on Marketing for buyers and sellers. Seek and ye shall find. God bless!!!

Niiiicccceee!!!!

I'm definitely going to pick one of those up tomorrow, I'll stop past home depot because although I can get the job done, anything quicker is better especially for such a low cost. Thanks just plan-e.

This thread has really turned out great, its crazy that when you give, so much more comes back to you! Thanks everyone!
