I copied and saved your advice to Maxximum. I will be doing this REI 100% of my time (currently I work 70 hour weeks as a teacher...)starting July 1. With the support from my husband I am resigning from teaching as I know I can make a go in REI...I continue to study for my Florida real-estate license, however I don't believe that I will actually take the state test as I don't want the Commission in Florida to fine me for bandit signs, ghost ads or cold calls...or any other "ethical rule" they have I may break. It is crucial that I'm informed as a real estate associate might be...beneficial.
