OfflineOk, hopefully this will add a lot of value to the rest of my DG family! I get so much out of this site from you guys I feel good about adding some value to yours. I know a lot of us use bandit signs and almost all(really should be all) of us have business cards. These are the cheapest I've found by far and fantastic quality on the business cards.
Bandit Signs (White & Yellow Blank) www.VictoryStore.com
I use yellow. These are perfect for taking a Black Marker and writing your We Buy Houses message on 18 X 24 for $.80 per sign. Everywhere else I've seen have been at least $1.70 unless you're buying 500 and up.
***Bonus*** If you buy one(1) sign stake with the order, which is $.66, they discount the price of the signs to $.72. I just picked up a whole load to blitz North NJ.
Business Cards
For great quality, high gloss professional business cards, go to www.gotprint.com. They have several designs perfect for real estate, you can design your own and get 1000 (did I say very high quality cards) for $7.55, with the shipping your total will be $16.63 for 1000 high-gloss, your own design business cards.
These are 2 great tools for both the newbie and seasoned pro, and often times when you're marketing on a budget, you want the cheapest price without broadcasting to the world, you don't have much cash. Hope this helps everyone. God bless.

That's a great idea using the pre paid cell phone for a local number. My only question is about the pricing. I use the 800 # and it 6.9 cents per minute and I use it as a voicemail box. I call and retrieve the messages. Of course with the cell phone, you can just take the calls as they come in. How do you have yours set up Sky (or anyone else)? And how many minute cards are you buying on average? Thanks for sharing.
Also, companies like kall8 have local numbers available too. I def want to get a local number as well and see if more calls come in. What about for tax purposes. I know I can write off the voicemail box because it is registered in my name. Is there a way to write off the cell phone if its in a decoy name?
Has anyone found the response rate better with a local number?

I have been looking online, but I am not finding bandit signs for under $2.30. I realize some of the old posts may have been lower prices back then, but does anyone know a site where they are still close to a dollar?

Another great site for business cards is www.zazzle.com. They have some great personalized marketing products. I don't think they are the cheapest but they have some unique stuff. I always like things that are a little different.
