OfflineHello Graziosi Family…Chip and Andrea here – this year’s “Take Me Away, Dean” winners. We wanted to take a couple minutes and let you know what we’ve been up to.
We took a long weekend and flew down to Arizona. It was nice to take a few hours off from work and get away for a couple days. We enjoyed some In-N-Out Burger (we don’t have those here in Colorado, so it’s a treat for us), the warm weather and sleeping in. However, the highlight of the weekend was undoubtedly meeting with Dean and Jonelle for dinner – sorry, In-N-Out Burger.
Both Dean and Jonelle took time out of their busy schedules to meet us for an amazing dinner (Dean’s treat! 
at Mastro’s Ocean Club. We had a great conversation discussing everything from investing to families to seafood. We aren’t big on seafood, but after trying the seafood tower, we’re now addicted to Dungeness crab! Dean even signed my “Be A Real Estate Millionaire” book. Dinner with Dean and Jonelle is something we won’t soon forget.
The next day we got to talking and reflected back on the last year and a half. It’s easy to get caught up on the details of your everyday life and all the little steps you take to become successful in real estate (or whatever it is you hope to accomplish). For us, it was the perfect time to sit back and recount all the little successes (and struggles) along the way which eventually led to us having dinner with someone we admire and look to for inspiration and motivation.
It’s just the beginning though, as we have booked our trip to the Caribbean and will be heading to the Dominican Republic in less than a month. Who says hard work doesn’t have its rewards? We’re taking our camera, so we’ll send pictures and give you an update when we get back.
We are also pumped about Dean’s live event. We’re looking forward to seeing Dean again, getting to talk with Matt Larson (and get some tips from him) as well as meeting everyone else that is fortunate enough to attend the seminar so that we can share our story with you personally.
We just got Dean’s new book, “Profit from Real Estate Right Now.” We are eager to sink our teeth into his new book and we can’t wait to profit from the strategies he describes in it.
Thank you everyone and we’ll keep you up-to-date on our future deals. Finally, I’d like to thank everyone at Dean Enterprises for their support and help, especially Megan.

We are counting the days until our trip and the Event. We are keeping busy in the mean time doing deals. We have a 2flat closing in Chicago next week and are working on several other deals at this point.

Your first video says you reside in Englewood Colorado. Your next video uploaded just one month later says you invest in ElkRiver Minnesota followed by two more properties in Water Town MN. Now, you claim to invest back in Colorado again? Are you moving around a lot?

I thought I'd jump in here being Chip and Andrea aren't on. That's one of the things I'm looking forward to hearing from them, how to invest long-distance. I have to look back, but I read somewhere that several of their properties were bought from afar. They've never even seen them in person! How cool is that?? Making money all over the country from the comfort of your own town. COOL strategy!

Maybe you haven't watched Chip and Andrea's video. They are great investors because they have created a system to invest in properties that are in a different region than they live. They have had several deals that are out of state. To be the contest winners they had to document all of their deals. They are the real deal and I am interested to learn about their remote investing system. I think it is awesome. Keep up the good work Chip and Andrea- you guys are an inspiration.
