OfflineClosed a co-wholesale deal a week ago today. Net $2500. We closed a short sale deal Friday while we were on the plane headed for the EDGE. Net $2340 Closed an MLS listed property on Tuesday. Net $7500. Closed a deal yesterday from a motivated seller that called my BANDIT SIGN. Net $4000.

Last night we got a property from a motivated seller from our pre foreclosure mailers.
Under Contract for $490,000. This will pay off her mortgage and she will walk away with $20,000.
Looks like I will have a signed assignment contract tonight for $515,000. One of my fellow wholesalers is bringing in the buyer. I am paying him 30% so I will net $17,500 on this. PEOPLE, I literally have less than 2 hours into this deal!!
By the way, the EDGE was a great time. Don't miss it next year,

I have to get down there one year. Now that the baby is older, I don't think I'd have a problem going. Do you know if other families bring children? Really hate that I missed it.

You really have to try and make it. I have been to many, many REI events and nothing comes close to the EDGE. I won't miss another one. I am pretty sure the Firesky provides day care, but not positive. I know several families had kids with them.
