WOW! First 3 deals in the works in one day!

I found a buyer/investor on Craigslist in GA. I hooked up with a wholesaler yesterday who has bulk properties from an asset manager. Sent the buyer/investor some of these properties tonight, and will more than likely have 3 properties under contract by tomorrow! I've been working hard to make this happen....fingers and toes crossed that nothing goes wrong! I really need some good news right about now!

Contracts will be signed today...had a slight delay this weekend due to a family emergency on the seller's side....will keep you all posted!

Whats the status Amy?

Did the wholesaler that has deals directly through an asset manager turn out to be real? Usually these guys are about 5th in line in a daisy chain that really has no control over the property. Hope your guy was real. If so, give us the details as far as buy price, rehab needed and ARVs. What is your fee on each and how will you close them?
