My site is attracting leads.

Thats freakin great! How did you set up your website? Did you use the free one here? and also did put it on a google so other people could find your site? I am trying to use my siter to attach deals but I can't seem to find out how to put it out their to let people find it?

Yeah I did put it on google. So if you google my site now, it will come up. No I didnot set up my site throught Dean. But I might set up another 1 through Dean. I am going to get some flyers printed up hopefully this weekend depending on how my finances look. And put them all around town nd other towns. I am positive I will get leads. I am licensed now, so I can act as my own agent and get access to the MLS and stuff. I will be an investing an incorporate being a realtor as well as for networkng purposes and business too. I am also going to place an ad in a few papers in my area and in papers in N.Y. too and other surrounding states. Glad you are happy for me. I am going to post up my flyers on bulletin boards at the supermarkets and the library and colleges,and on phone poles, cars etc. so I am going to put in some foot work.

I like your site. You getto the point and they leave their info if they are interested. Who did you go through to set it up? Did it cost you anything? With the flyers and your website, I think you are marketing very well. You should be getting a ton of leads.

I seen that website from one of our members here on DG and the same exact website and where did you get the information from? The same yellow house too lol

It was me Paul858 when I posted that I created my site and I was happy about it. That was the last thread I posted when I first set the site up. Lol.. I was telling everyone to check it out and let me know what they think about. Member Paul. Its impossible for someone to have the same exact message. So Paul858 did you like the site. I just posted this thread because I was actually seeing some progress through the site.

Rosefield I havenot found an investor friendly agent. I won't be using any of my cash. I will be using my investors with cash to buy these properties, and collect an assignment fee. However Rosfield I just got my real estaste license so I will be acting as my own investor friendly agent. So most definitely I am trying to create my own luck. Thanks for your encouraging words.

It is a great thing to hear that your site is bringing in leads. I just finished mine and I can see through Google Analytics that a number of people, both locally and abroad, have searched it and I can see what pages they spent time on. So far, I haven't had any sellers contact me but I've had a number or investors and ancillary players (RE attorneys, real estate agents, etc.) I am meeting with an attorney/agent team today that specialize in short sales. I'm hoping I can show that I have something to offer them. Anyway, hopefully my site will start bringing in the seller leads like yours is. Great job and best of luck!

Thank you guys and or gals. I have a guy that wants to sell his LLC that has 4 properties and a piece of land to me. His is not i financial trouble as he says. But wants to sell because he has other investments that he wants to put his money into. However his actions and him and his wife calling me show motivation. But howver he is trrying to get close to what he wants for them. So I am going to do my due diligence and and make him an offer and see just how motivated he is. If my offer is not accepted thats is absolutely fine. At least I will have made that step and am prepared if rejection comes my way. On to the next if that happens,thats all. I am going to get some simple straight to the point flyers printed up to pass out and put up, to help bring more leads in than I can handle. Gonna print 500 to start and this weekend I will get them all out. so I have work to do. People have been filling out the form and submitting there info to me through my site and I have not marketed the site. So imagine when I do. I also want to get the 800# set up. So I dont have people calling my cell. I don't like that. But soon everything will be in place. Everyone just keep on pushing. Anything worth achieving requires work, no matter how you look at it, or what it is. S o just work at something you want to do thats all. I assume we all want to be real estate investors. So lets get it peeps.

I enjoy these stories of action. They motivate me. Good luck Kingiuss with this deal. Like you said though, even if it doesn't pan out at least you got yourself out there and the learning can only help the next deal.

I got a call from a real estate attorney and agent combo that want to meet to see if we might work together. They specialize in short sales. I meet with them in two hours. Like you, even if it doesn't work out (which it will - ha) it will give me practice making my pitch and allow me to hear about more techniques and lingo from those out there doing it.

Hi, I hadn't looked into getting the site from Dean so I wouldn't be much help to you there. I just happen to have a background in web design so I was able to create mine.

I am sure there is someone here who has used Dean's site tools and who can help you and I imagine it is quite self explanatory once you get started with it. I can try to answer specific questions if you have them as you go.

I haven't used the 24 hour recording just yet. I'm just about finished building my buyers list and once I am done with that and officially launch the "property search" portion of the plan then I do believe I will try it. I do wish though that you could use your own phone numbers with that system. I have already printed biz cards, etc and I really don't wish to have yet another phone number. That said, the functionality of Dean's recommended system seems to be great. Tons of features.

How about you? Have you set it up yet? If so, your thoughts?

Yes I will be getting the 24 hour servie number pretty soon. Still woking on getting all that I need in place to grow my business. I think the number will be a necessary tool. So that you dont have strangers calling your personal line.
