Sandra and I Are looking to close on this by the 20th of this month. Title work is in order according to the agent. Our goal is to do a lease option on this. We have the home advertised for rent in the month of October, no later than November. Just the thought of providing a home for someone to have Thanksgiving dinner. It brings us joy to be able to bring joy to someones life. We are so grateful for all the support given here at DG.
