WOW!! I can feel the excitement and adrenaline flowing.(I hope you don't drink Red Bull or any others) These above mentioned areas have been in the courses and preached by the coaches and mentors over and over,HOWEVER, during the hustle and bustle, it seems most all ppl overlook the LITTLE things that will make you grow the MOST.

YOU had TOO much fun at EDGE, I gotta call Dean.

You are RIGHT- put it all out here,but, you'll find you DON'T have enough time to answer calls,set appts or look/meet with half of them. So,then you hire a bunch of ppl you can't control and they ruin your business. TOO much stress. Keep things simple and don't be greedy. You've done well and have been in control thus far. Stay in control.

I love your energy!! If all the DG'ers had half of your energy and drive, there would be SO many more success stories here. You remind me of me when I first got started and tasted success.

NO REDBULL for me.......just an EDGE HIGH!!! and repetition of wisdom garnered and put into action.like you said sometimes we hear how to do somethings over and over and skip some parts....either by choice or by accident and all of a sudden you really HEAR IT from someone....then BANG it hits you n the head.I went to the edge last yr and it was full of strategies and tips but this yrs was by far my turning point to let loose !!!!!!!.appreciate your support mike.thanks

Oh what a feeling!!!!!! I can even FEEL the flames....can't wait to get up in the morning to see what the realtor sends me! !! Oh yeah both karen and I can't wait to get on with the organizing.JOE Jurek is amazing at organizing and he is helping us with everything.we are in motion and will keep all informed.I believe tomorrow karen will post some activities that we will have available on the ship that she knows of.there is plenty to do on the off he's......we are going to PACK THAT SHIP!!! am excited for you guys to be there!!!! I haven't even looked at my notes because I get too excited and want to start asap, but I'm busy this week with wrapping up the end of the school year at work. Next week I'm hitting the ground running. Gonna get my bandit signs up, put up adds for interns and get this show on the road! Keep up the great work, your posts are keeping us ALL motivated, so thanks for sharing them with us!!

It was the funniest thing, when I read the "NO REDBULL..." reply the first image that came to mind was you and Tammy fighting over the markers LOL. (It was an imaginary picture folks, never really happened, so there's no confusion)

Sounds like you're full steam ahead Jay! I just joined the Success Academy and will work to get the funds to get onboard the cruise, and EDGE 12 of course. I'll let you know when I can as soon as possible.

offer 7,000...............accepted today!!!!!!!!!!! Im NOT GOING TO STOP. ......this is getting easy!!!!!!will post a new forum for the deal tonight.used some of dawn Erlings tips to target this.....learned from the edge!!!!

Is the trailer deal thru realtor or FSBO, and whare are you going to do now that your offer is accepted?

listed with my realtor.made a verbal offer.....actually i did a drive by and saw that it was a corner lot and paved (wide) driveway and a decent trailer where the owner lived in this .....just for a well,and septic....you are looking at close to 7000 soooooo i look at it as getting the lot,trailer,paved drive and any more info on if the owner has other properties for FREE !!!!! i posted on craigslist now to sell already before i sign the papers and will build my buyers list in the process !!!!! just doing the same thing over and over.i am thinking i want to get 5000 down....pymnts to fit buyer ..WITH INTEREST ...i like to be the bank!!! and total sale price uuummmmm maybe 20-30,000 .going to ask my current buyers list and offer to them first !!

Jamestown, Dunkirk, Fredonia etc are in Chautauqua county. Buffalo, Tonawanda, Cheektowaga and a bunch more are in Erie County.

Both Counties line Lake Erie.
