Yes, this deal closed last month, and it's currently being rehabbed; plan to rent it for $550/month.
I am already working on the second property there, just double-checking the numbers before I close... I will keep you posted.

you're doing birddogging, so you should have a contract between you and your investor(s) on how much you will get paid for each deal, at what time (at closing, when their offer is accepted, etc.) and how you will get paid (by check, deposit into your account, wire, etc.)

What steps did you take to set-up your out of state team and how did you research the area to invest in.
