I was inspired by an awesome video this morning and want to share it with everyone. I put this on social media too. It inspired me to write from my heart. It is my wish that you can all experience SUCCESS! I had the best teacher ever! @deanGraziosi. Read on. And DON'T miss the video! 4 years ago TODAY I began this journey I'm on.
When I re-started real estate after everyone told me I'd never buy another house again; everyone thought I was #crazy. My #confidence was shattered and my life was in a mode of #selfdestruction. I made a conscious #choice to give it my all and #proveeveryonewrong. Sometimes people mistakenly took my #confidence as arrogance. I battled against my own #selfdoubts and #limitingbeliefs. I rewrote my limiting beliefs into #limitlessbeliefs; thereby rewriting my own destiny. You MUST #Believeinyourself or you are setting yourself up... Not for failure; but to give up. #Failure is a good thing. For when you fail, you MUST learn to get back up. Failure is the only way you will #succeed; and if you don't have #confidenceinyourself, you're not going to make it. It was tough at times believing in ME. I cried a lot each time I reached a milestone; each time growing more and believing in me more.
I had to CHOOSE to be confident when I felt terrible about myself. I had #naysayers constantly bombarding my brain with negativity. If I hadn't made the CHOICE TO #BELIEVEINME, I would not have succeeded. #Mindset is crucial to your success. Tammy that was a good one hun....That was an emotional ride for me to watch that with all that I have been through this past year and the few years before. I like you, have hit the sweet spot in my life to where I know who I am and what I can do. I know that you have to fail once in awhile to be able to win... There have been weeks were everything I touched broke and broke again. I step back, knock the dust off and did it again... I will not be stopped by any person, place or thing to be my best ten in life. World look out because if you think you can win you are in for one hell of a fight... Thanks Tammy again

Brought tears to my eyes. Thank you. 2 years ago, I invested in the RBBP and over the weekend I got my first deal.
For two years I have been hearing people tell me, to be careful.. or would dismiss my knowledge of real estate because I really had never made money with it.
For 2 years, my family had shrugged REI off because we didn't have money or credit.. and the money we did have I spent on silly training programs or "schemes" and that the risks I was taking were going to affect my family.
This weekend, while our deal was fairly small.. we have been validated. Our hard work appreciated and now finally respected.

Want off market sellers to call you? I think writing letters to vacant home owners is a great marketing avenue. I have vacant homes in every state! With the owners address! I want to partner with other wholesellers. Thanks for sharing the video and your story. we have to be our own cheerleaders if not all of the time then at least some of the time. If we can't find it in ourselves no one else will be able to see it either.

Can't wait to see you tonight at the REI meeting.Learn some more ways in finding deals.I have buyer, but having some problems finding motivated sellers.I have birddogs looking for properties, I am sending letters out to vacated properties.I am walking the neighborhoods, passing my Business cards, leaving Business cards in different locations. I know it just around the corner, just have to push forward.

My REI business has been going great. I love the fact that each day I learn new tips to add to my business from dg.com. Actually I have been working on l/o recently and it has been going on fantastic for me. I found a l/o seller here in Miami off mls and posted the deal on my journal to seek advice before I put an offer. Right now I want to make sure I do my due diligence before I put an offer. I got some advises from some great individuals on dg.com. Each day I send out lots of email to crag list ad, and to other free classified ads websites.

It takes over 10,000 hours to become an expert at something. It often takes over 6 months; sometimes several YEARS to do a first deal. By the time 6 months has passed one has put in less than 1000 hours. If we don't learn to set our mindset and believe in ourselves; its too easy to give up. NEVER give up! NEVER give in!
Happy Holidays to you to, Haven't on here much lately, but were moving right along, I'll be starting my 3rd year investing, will continue do Lease Options, and Sub 2's, and WHS also, looking to add some apartment houses this year, need to complete that first deal, also looking at MHP that mobile home parks also, have been working on passive income this past year. And I've been using VA's to help with marketing, all most all marketing is email to Craigslist and direct mail, to expire list and 90 day plus MLS try to get 100 postcards out per week min, I learn more with every deal I complete, its true you can read all the books you want about REI, til you get out there and start doing the deals that's when the real lessons are learnt, and you will fail, but you get back up and do it again til you figure out how to do it. www.WeFlipDesMoines.com is my web site, just filed papers with the state this past week" Apple Property Solutions,LLC",DBA we will be cranking it up to full time from here on out 2014 is going to be a recorded setting year for me.
