OfflineNo more home office! Even though it has been great working out of the home office I need the space for my interns, personal assistants and a shared office with Deborah. Also need an office for my REI club. I'll still have the home office and will work there too. The offices (3) with reception, bathroom and mini kitchen area are just far more professional when meeting with buyers, sellers, contractors etc etc. No distractions like I have working at home either.
It is such a coincidence and blessing that Dean and Matt's latest training became available the DAY I leased the office! I signed up just for the VA training videos. No need to re invent the wheel. All the other stuff that Dean and Matt are offering are just icing on the cake for me. I had my own ideas how to use VAs and interns but I know what Matt is doing will be far better! I am positive Matt's live training will be life changing as I move my business to another level.
We are super excited. On a side note: I signed a $4000 fee assignment contract today.
On to the NEXT ONE!!

Remember, you can usually pick up a tip or two every time you do a new training. I think Matt's live training will have more than one useful tidbit! The other bonuses will have a tip or 2 as well I am sure.

Hey Michael,
Love seeing this, moving forward all the time! Michelle and I have talked about getting an assistant with some of the money once we sold the lot. Well, that happened last Fri, so we plan on putting a few months of the assistants pay aside from that sale and moving forward also. We can use the assistant to do a lot of the things we are not getting done and we figure if the person can bring at least 1 deal a month then they more then pay for themselves. Once we saw Matt's training we knew we needed to purchase it for the videos also. Like you said, no need to reinvent the wheel, he is going to give us the easy way to get an assistant started.

I got the training! Excited about it and yes always pick up tips & I listen to the educ & it just propels me forward. Cant wait. Want to & will hire an assistant too to replicate my self.
