Totally Fulfilled for Everyone who is having trouble getting started

Totally Fulfilled for Everyone who is having trouble getting started

Hi DG Family. Steve here of Steve and Veronica. I just started reading Dean’s book Totally Fulfilled. What a great book so far. I want EVERYONE THAT IS STRUGALING RIGHT NOW TO STOP AND READ THIS.

If you are struggling to make deals or things are not going well for you in life you need to read this book. You may even need to read this book before any of Dean’s other books. So many of us need to change things in our life to be successful in other parts of our life. I read so many posts here on the DG site and some people are really down. I believe even if some people here were given money to invest with REI they would fail because they have other things in their life they need to fix first.

Dean has not told me to print this, I have never met Dean( I want to) I just want everyone that is struggling in life, real estate or whatever is holding you back to read this book.

On the back of the book, it says no matter your age, your income level, your past or current problems Dean has created a simple strategy for you to:

Turn limited beliefs into empowering, limitless beliefs.
Overcome your personal obstacles.
Embrace and look forward to change.
Earn any amount of money you want.
Develop strong relationships in business, life and love.
Set goals that become reality.
Create and extraordinary quality of life.

It is time for a change in your life if the things you are doing are not working out for you. Get this book.

God Bless the DG Family

getting started

Me and my husband, are getting closer everyday to get the deal under contract, we read and made some notes from Profit from real estate right now.Our client is getting appraisal oh his house, and as soon as he is done we will sign contract. It will not be a lot of money from this deal, but this is learning process for us. My husband is going to ask some question, later on. It is not easy for sure, but nothing what is worthwhile is easy, so we will dwell in information, books, blogs, forums, whatever needs to be done , we will do it.We want to leave a good legacy for our daughter, and help other people as well.
I am very grateful for this site, and what Dean is doing for people. WE also decided to sign up to Houston REI Club, to build relationship with other investors.

Every deal done is one step closer to being the investor you want to be. Even if you only made $500.00 a deal you are $500.00 better off than you were before.

Good luck wth your REI journey.

Steve.

maybe I can help

One of the things people need most is a list of cash buyers to get started with. I am going to give you some ideas and I hope it will help a lot of you. Look on these websites and see if you can network with any of these people.

connectwithinvestors.info
getcashofferstoday.com
ci.com
gobigrealestate.com
creonline.com
investorsloungonline.com
meetup.com

You can also google "cash investors for real estate" and find more. make sure you check each one out carefully. Some send you passwords and expect you to open an account with them. I think they are all free.

Just placed my order...

Thanks for the great report...I am all about self improvement you can never stop learning...I just heard on the news today that "Earners are Learners!" Isn't that a funny saying...but it is so true...keep and open mind, read and apply...then make it "Learners are Earners!"

Thanks for the information.

Steve.

Barbara

Thanks for stopping by this thread. I like that "Learners are Earners!"

Steve.

You were DEAD On!

FINISHED! WOW, thank you Steve & Veronica for this thread! I had actually just finished a book and was looking for my next read, when on DG.com one day and say this thread. I immediately went over to products and ordered. It was the only one of Dean's books/materials I had not ordered. Honestly by the title, I had the mentality of just being a self-help type and "I wanted the HOW-TO stuff" Boy, was a wrong! I can honestly say this is hands down the best book I have ever read. It may go hand in hand with God will give you what you need when you need it! It was definitely what I needed!

This book cut me to the core, exposed the 'junk' underneath, identified what needed to be identified and needs to be corrected. And in 294 pages made more of an impact than ANYTHING before it! It was an absolute emotional journey for me. It was so exciting, a constant gut check (reality check), stretched me, changed my thought process and for myself and to be honest.....shed quite a few tears. I think if your dreams don't make you shed a tear then maybe they aren't big enough or maybe just haven't clearly established your 'WHY' to go from a great dream to a burning desire. The desire that will push you past all the negative, all the no's, all the rejection, and move us out of the comfort zone for growth, to get us through what we have to get through to get where we want to get.

Just had to share. Maybe at least my posting will bump this thread to the top again and someone who missed it the first time will also take your advice!

Thank you,
Jen

Thank you Jen

For your responce. I do believe that this book is a must read for everyone. I do not know why Dean has not pushed this book to be read more. I believe that if everyone that is struggling with REI would stop what they are doing that is not working for them and read Totally Fulfilled, they would learn what is in their life that needs to change.

Thanks for sharing Jen.

Steve.

I just finished reading "Totally Fulfilled"...wow

Honestly, this should be recommended for everyone... I agree with Jen. I am always looking for the "how to stuff". This was very entertaining and easy to understand with all of Dean's stories. Thanks, Steve and Veronica for the recommendation! I too think I have ordered everything but that book...
Barbara

Barbara

I do feel with 100% that Dean should re-market this book. It should be the pre 101 book for REI.

Thanks Barbara for sharing and I hope all of your REI dreams come true.

Steve.

Are you Totally Fulfilled

I just wanted to bring this thread back up again it seams that some here on this site are still struggling to get that first deal done. Sometimes when we can not get a deal done it is not the money or the real estate property but the way we tink about the deal. I believe that if you read Totally Fulfilled you will change the way you look at REI and life in general.

Also if you have a chance to go to the Edge event in 2012 do so it will change your life. If you were not able to attend this year 2011 buy the 2011 DVD's of the 2011 Edge event when Dean offers them to us later this year, you will be glad you did.

God Bless the DG Family.

Steve.

steve

You are right about the mindset and not the deal .The way we look at things or the CONFIDENCE we gain through different sources.....such as the book TOTALLY FULFILLED......or the edge.....
This book is my favorite and I too believe this is the FIRST one I would read if just starting to invest.

For all getting started or

having difficulty moving forward.....YOU are stopping yourself.
"Analysis paralysis"...we ALL have had this problem of trying to over analyze the deals, with the numbers or what if's or even trying to LEARN TOO much.

You need to choose an avenue of REI- learn IT and move forward. You can't learn EVERYTHING about REI!!!Learn property values.

Over 25yrs in this business, I have been involved in sfh, rehab, foreclosures, resort properties, buy & hold,(tenants will kill you-beware of professional tenants),car washes, laundry mats, storage bldgs, duplexes, owner finance,L/O's,mobile homes, billboard signs, vacant land, building, timber, probate and then some.

All said, you CAN be successful in REI if you focus on ONE avenue that excites you. You can't do all of it at one time=insane.

Pick one and learn and go for it...

Jay and Mike

Thank you for your input on this. If you can see yourself doing this you can do it.

Mike I agree pick one thing and focus on that part of REI then move on to more types of deals. Start small and work your way up.

Steve.

Thank you for reading this thread. I know you will enjoy the 2011 Edge DVDs when they come out. It was a great learning time plus a lot of fun to be there in person.

I wish

I saw your thread earlier! I had read in your journal about your weight loss and how you attributed it to Totally Fulfilled. That is when I bought the book, but I've only had a chance to read bits and pieces here and there. What a phenomenal book. It really should be a prerequisite in high school! This is a book on the curriculum for my kids within a few years. Sticking out tongue

Jen, I too cried a lot. My hubby was asking why I was crying and rolling his eyes (he thinks its a big sign of weakness and nonsense to cry). I think that Dean needs to do a blog on his book Totally Fulfilled and why he wrote it and let people know that the book has so many answers to things that stop the journey short. So much common sense and wonderful life changing information.

God Bless Dean and all he does to advance us!

Tammy

Tammy thank you for your input on this Book. I love all of Deans books but I do believe that Totally Fulfilled has helped me the most on a personal level.

Take care Tammy. Tell your family I said Hi.

Steve.

Are you Totally Fulfilled

I just wanted to bring this back up to see if anyone needs to be Totally Fulfilled. In the new picture here on this site for us is Dean with us after he signed our Totally Fulfilled book. Plus he signed BAREM book for Veronica.

I hope that everyone of Dean's students are living a Totally Fulfilled life.

God Bless the DG Family

Steve.

Deans Books

I enjoy reading all Deans books. I do believe Totally Fullfilled may have a slight edge over the others for me too. I always look forward to Deans next book...or reality show. Thanks Dean for all you do for all of us.

Sissy

Thank you for your responce about Totally Fulfilled. Dean was telling me he may be writing another book like Totally Fulfilled soon. I sure hope he does.

I see you are a fan of Joel Osteen also. When we can not make it to our own church service we always watch Joel's service on TV.

God Bless you and your Family Sissy.

Steve.

Judi

Thanks for your responce to this thread. I know you will enjoy Totally Fulfilled it is a very uplifting book. It gets to the root of what may be holding us back from living a totally fulfilled life.

You take care Judi

Steve.

Good week

I hope everyone here on this site is having a good week. If things are not going the way you would like for them to go you might want to read Dean's Book Totally Fulfilled. I know it helped us out a lot.

Take care everyone
God Bless the DG Family

Steve.

Today was

one of those days I wanted to go back and review the book. So much bad news again, on the refi front. Good credit and paying your bills on time means nothing today. Sad

Looks like my NEXT GOOD READ!

Hey Steve, thanks for doing this "eye opening" thread with a lot of good wisdom for all us novice Real Estate Investors. One of my down time favorite things to do is read, and especially when its a really good self-fulfilling book. My favorites up to this day are The Secret by Rhonda Byrne and the #1 bestseller books by televangelist Joel Osteen such as Live Your Best Life Now, Become a Better You, and It's Your Time. And now I think it's time to add one more to that collection and I plan on making it Totally Fulfilled by Dean! Smiling

I know myself, just like anyone else in life, struggles with the battle of everyday life. And in one instance we can feel sad, defeated, and sorry for ourselves. But on the other hand, what we SHOULD do instead is remind ourselves who we are and what our purpose is on this Earth. And if we don't quite know what that purpose is or can't turn to someone for those answers, then food for the soul books like this one is definitely our answer! Thanks again for sharing this thread Steve and I will definitely let you know what I thought and what its done for me as soon as I'm finished reading it. Take care and God Bless!

Andre

Just remember Tammy that you know you can bounce back. It is only a bump in the road.

Steve.

Andre

Thank you for your kind words and responce to this thread.

We can all let things get us down or we can do somthing about it. I choose to do things that can make my life better like read Totally Fulfilled and other up lifting books and not watch that much news.

God Bless you as well.

Steve.
