How about making the name AND location part of the website mandatory to complete before a username can be set-up.

I totally agree. I'm sure someone could lie about it, but if they want to ask a question they should tell who they are. I have rec'd a couple PMs and didn't see any profile, I don't answer it.

that is an awesome idea!! Tough to help people out if I have no clue as to who they are, their background, or location... I really don't think it would be that hard to get set up!
