Where is the chapter in Resources that Dean refers to in his new book?

I see no one else even mentioning this chapter Eric, can it be that you and I are the only ones (so far) that have noticed it's not there? Could it be that it was omitted? I have just started reading the book (so I haven't read it all the way through, yet) and very early-on there are several references to the "Resources" chapter; I've skimmed around many times and I haven't found it. Is it "tucked away" here somewhere on this website? Or, do we need to write an EM/post to request this Resources chapter separately? Perhaps this chapter wasn't named Resources and the info we're looking for is in a chapter by another name.
If anyone comes across the Resources chapter please sing-out and let us know where it's located, and thank you.

I found a bunch of resources on the DG website for Dean's new book, "Your Town Your Real Estate Profits." I bet these items are probably the resources they mention in the book. There is a resource link from Greg Murphy's Chapter # 4 at:

I had forgot that I had posted this. I have had to read at some odd hours and don't always get back here. I need to more though...there is soooo much information on here. But ya, I still havent found it yet either. I see a post right below yours referring to chapter 4 and that's great because that is a great chapter.

I was also confused about what Dean was referring to as the "Resource" chapter that didn't seem to exist. When i was reading it and didn't know better, I wondered if I had received and earlier version/print or something. And info you can provide is so appreciated! Thank you!

I haven't found that "MISSING" chapter that he refers to (I'm up to Chapter 8, page 149) and this mysterious chapter is mentioned in every chapter so far, multiple times in some of them. I don't know at this point if the printer simply forgot to include it or if the material is in the book towards the back and simply isn't labeled as "Resources." OR, perhaps this is info that will be posted on the website as the "RESOURCE" section either in the "Your Town...." forum or somewhere else on the website for download. This remains to be seen.
I'm located in central Connecticut. I'm open to Local, in-state and out-of-state (Remote) REI.
I currently have a SFH that I plan to sell as a Lease Option very soon. My plan at present is to do a couple 2-4 SFH Wholesales however, I will jump-on & make the best out of anything that will further my experience in the DG_way, as a WIN-WIN "opportunity."

Resources are also the chapters at the end of the book after the case studies as well as on this site

THANX for your response. I figured it out once I read further in the book. He was probably originally going to name the section of the book (which includes the latter chapters) RESOURCES and for whatever reason it didn't happen.

I looked and looked at end of Chapters and end of Book, Table of Contents etc. Thought In was CRAZY andd/or stupid! Still don't have a clear understanding as to where "Resources" are and/or where we're suppose to go when referenced throughout the book.

i`m writing i want to do lease option in michigan
i`ve place ads it`s hard because they want you place info
for housing ijust want to place my ad.
and i find a couple of house one i`m going to look at to see if it`s a refab house a house built with foundation around it
