3/24/09--I have an end buyer w/ a pre-approved bank letter for 150-200K FHA Loan who signed a lease/option for 90 days (to satisfy 90 day seasoning restriction), with a $5,000 non-refundable down payment deposit, with a lease payment of $1310/mo.- none of lease payment credited toward down payment, and a property they want to purchase. I am a member of SWFLREIA, though am not able to attend meetings until around July
Unfortunately, I love the meetings.
I haven't been able to get any buyers for my list through this group.
Since most of the investors are from Ft. Myers I'm in Naples, there is one from Naples when I find a good deal I'm pretty sure he would be interested.

Hello there, I have a property i need to move in Cape Coral Fl, it's semi move in ready, well you could move right in, but needs cleaning, carpet cleaning etc, The asking price for that house is 60k and it is firm, its Fmv is of 109k, I do have an investor interested however i like to create security.
it is a 3/2 single, build in 2004 with aprox. 1,276 sqf
this house is lower than% its market value, this is a great buy if you are serious please reply
