I have been interested in and studying real estate investing for quite a while now but have never really taken any serious action. I discovered Dean like most people on this site while watching a late night infomercial back in 2009. As a result of some teasing from my family, I picked up the phone and ordered Deans books Be A Real Estate Millionaire and Profit From Real Estate Right Now. Shortly after that I joined the Success Academy. Over the past couple of years I have also watched the DVDs of past EDGE events and the Empowering Conversations. It's now time to take ACTION! I want to start out wholesaling using none of my own money. Then on to doing some fix and flips, lease options and finally some buy and holds. The key for me is to focus on one technique at a time until I get it perfected and then move on to the next one.
