I have always known real estate to be the way to creating wealth. At the tender age of 16 I bought 2.85 acres in Door County Wisconsin for $8,000(with my mom signing with me). Sold it 3 years later for double to buy a car(what was I thinking!) Now that I'm older I want to provide the good life for my family. I am married to a beautiful fantastic lady who right now works 2 jobs because I got laid off. I have 2 beautiful kids, 1 boy,1 girl ages 7 and 4. I am tired of watching my wife work her rearend off and getting no reply from applications I fill out. I seem to have the uncanny ability to sniff out abandonded properties or REO's from banks that are not listed with an agent yet. I have already found my families dream home(which is currently an REO that needs a lot of help!) on 11 acres in a very good area. My goals are to take my kids to Disney World for the first time, tell my wife her days of working are over, and eventually be a real estate millionaire.
