Offline"Retired" from real work into real estate investing. I invest in single family homes. I do an occasional flipper "just for the fun of it." I have been working with my son-in-law, who now owns a rental in addition to their home, and my 19 year old grandson, who owns his own home also.

Looks like you are leaving your kids and grandkids a legacy in real estate, through example. Same happened in my family. Mom bought a house in the 70's, turned it into a rental and passed on to me, sold it at the peak and bought three, one for each of my kids and they have been in them to clean, paint, do repairs, etc... Giving them the skills to carry it on with their kids some day.
