OfflineGrew up in the Omaha, NE. Moved to Lincoln, NE for college. Moved to VA/DC area for work. Federal Gov't employee in gov't accounting. Although I have been interested in Real Estate since the age of 10, I never thought I was able to participate without any of my own money.
Now that I have learned Dean's techniques, the sky is the limit for me in accomplishing my dreams and goals.
My #1 goal is to retirement my parents! My second goal is to get my neices and nephews college funds setup so that they have the option. These are my top two goals at the moment.
I truly do love my job, but I have realized at a young age that I can't be an employee to someone else. I have too hard of a head to allow someone else to tell me how to do a job. So, my alternative is to be my own boss.
However, I have these dreams, goals, and aspirations, and still I haven't been able to pull the trigger on even starting a deal. If anyone reads this, if you have any suggestions, please message me. Thanks (11/04/12)
