Who else is going to the Edge!

Hey Tony, I just started I.E. on April fools Day 2014 and haven't done a wholesale Deal yet but that's what I'm here to learn..I've been watching your posts here and when Dean offered the edge at a discount I singed up right away because I was for sure going to buy the Edge 2015 DVD's, after buying the 2014 EDGE. I knew going to the Edge would make me be committed to my new direction..I got my ticket and my room, travel is next. See you there Tony..

I am ready for the 2015 Edge Event! This will be my fourth one! Every year Dean amazes us all! Don't know how he does it, but whoever has been to the events knows what I'm talking about... no words to explain the energy that is felt there and the networking... simply amazing!

This will be my third year attending. Must say that this is the premier event of the year and I guarantee you will not want to miss it. The people and atmosphere are electrifying. Dean, Matt, Nate, Julie, Carol, Dan, Toni, ... It's really like a big family reunion--and once your in, you'll never miss an event.

The truth is it's YOU that doesn't work, not Dean's and Matt's strategies. It is not just for "rich friends" either. I have done 100s of thousands of dollar deals using not one cent of my money. If something does not work in your local market you need to modify the strategy or move to another market.

I have to ask you this question. How many offers did you make in the last 30 days? How many bandit signs did you put out? How many REI meetings did you attend?

You want to Buy higher Education here when you are Ready, after you have studied for a while. Matt is one of Deans students. Dean was Rich & Matt was a worker when he started reading Deans Books. very true, how may offers have you made lou, thats a great question, keep at it lou dont let the worlds negativity get you down, the strategies work, i am not one of the inner circle of Dean neither is micheal were just ordinary folks who put his strategies to work n they worked.

We got off topic.....Let me say on this real quick, I got a call from an add I put out on craigslist and it went---You cannot do this without a licenses and I will inform ( whatever they say ) because you cant do this legally .....

REALLY....My answer is---Im not selling a house and/or properties that I have under contract to buy, Im selling my position in the contract.

If im wrong let me know so I can change it.

anyone can sell their interest in anything they have equity in period. in other words you can sell anything you own or potentially will own according to the state realtor contracts n the state laws of every state it is a nation wide law.

its like trying to tell someone you cant sell your house, of course you can! also you can sell your contract you have to anyone you want which is assigning it which is what banks do all the time when they sell mortgages to each other they assign them to each other.

I was just responding to Lou on how negative some people can be, if your not working at it or at least trying then you just cant say things like that. Deans not going to make my offers for me I have to and if I don't do that I cant say the system doesn't work, that's all on me not what Dean teaches us.

Lisa and I will be back for our 3rd year and we will not miss the EDGE!! Its an amazing event!! Can't wait to see all our friends and meet some new ones!! I'm bringing my dad and brother this year too so they can catch the fire!! REI has changed my family's life and it started with one of Dean's books and continues to climb with all the amazing education that Dean and his students provide!
