Past includes being a residential loan officer, and a commercial & residential Realtor (20 yrs) whose RE sales license is presently with a holding company, where it has been for about 5 years. Looking to get into REI where I can put my experience to work for me and make win-win deals in this incredible time in the industry. Presently exploring which area of REI to get into when one is short of both cash and time. I also "volunteer" at my wife's bakery and am looking to diversify our income sources to the point of being able to hire others to run the bakery (very time intensive) so we may experience a life and lifestyle outside of the bakery; maybe even take a vacation someday. A large goal is to also build a retirement we can count on!
