Hi all, I have over 40 yrs. real estate experience as a GC/Builder I do all real estate and infrastructure. I have been a developer for 20yrs. Right now I am into every type of real estate deal residential and commercial.

I can have a perfect plan in minutes for any property for the maximum value.

I'm the Chairman of the Congresional Business Advisory Council. I've recieved leadership awards for a Defense project that will assist in saving the world.

I can think on the grandest scales. Try me and we can go from there.

ANY deal(s) with great returns? I'm in Hilton Head, SC area with great single families deals. This area is being developed (still, even if this bad economy) like crazy. All the talk of the Southern Fl. development doesn't hold a candle to this area. I'm not real familiar with Commercial deals, but plan on obtaining knowledge to head in that direction ASAP. Let me know if I can be of assistance to you. What I don't know...I find out. Please advise.
