My name is LMartin I am really delighted to be apart of such a great community. This site is awesome. I have been in the real estate business for a few years and made a few deals happen. When the market changed I felt very stuck and could not see real estate as an option anymore. I got Deans book and it give me a different way to view real estate again. So I am thanful that I was uplate trying to figure out which way I was heading in my life.... Thanks Dean you help give me new direction...

I now am flipping properties and putting deals togather and I am loving it...!!!!
