I have been a part-time real estate investor in North Central Indiana area for about 3 years. I have 8 rentals and a lease option at this time. I have recently purchased some tax liens and a rental in NY. Both where a step outside my comfort zone. I intend to stay outside my comfort zone from now on. My goal is to quit my JOB and do real estate full time in less than 2 years!

I crave the day I can dictate MY time to travel, spending quality time with family and friends, and enjoy life to the fullest.
