I own and operate a building maintenance company, have been doing this for the past 20 yrs. Have been doing real estate investing only for the past 2yrs. I have 2 other properties that i own, bought years ago , rent those out. I got involved with the DG way of investing in March of 2011. To date i've done 3 deals: 2 IEE and 1 buy and flip. My goals for investing now are to network with other DG members in areas that i'm targeting. Philadelphia area, Allentown and surrounding areas, S-W Florida area, Punta Gorda, Fort Meyer, Port Charlotte.Areas of investing interest are: assigning, IEE, L/O, rent to own, wholesaling.

i've taken the time to get organized and networking with others at the same time. 2nd wk. of Sept. goal is to meet with 3 realtors i've lined up.
3rd week of sept. meeting with 3 cash buyers I know.
overall goal for september lock up a deal and close in sept. or oct.
