Good for you getting your site started!

OK. Some suggestions.

Capitalize the words in your title on the Home Page.

Make the JJA Properties your title. That is the name of the company, right?

Be sure all your punctuation is correct and make it sound a little friendlier. Like "We are real estate investors that buy and sell homes. Any condition. Any location." Not much different, just a little softer. Make sure you put the periods!

On Homes for Sale page:
Put your $ on the Asking Price and say: Property sold "as is". (This whole sentence)

Tax Assessor's value has no meaning to value except that it is showing the prop has decreased in value. Take that off. (Not a professional fact. Will show you are a beginner)If you want to show that it is a good deal find out some Comps for the area and post that. (will show as more professional)

Good Luck and good for you for getting things started!

If you have any questions PM me. People won't see posts here unless they just "happen" to come to your page.
