That's Joe and Stacy, correct? I was watching your little video you posted about the conference you attended. It sounds like it's very motivational. I am jealous at how well you have learned to become a real estate investor. I'm looking for some suggestions about building my cash investors. I'm also a little nervous about doing a contract. If you have any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. I am so excited that everyday it seems like I am learning something new.... if I never take the chance I will never get anywhere....

Thanks for the kind words. I'm trying not to get discouraged with building this investors list. I am working on some business cards and the phone recorded message. I need to just pick a company and go with it and just try a message and see what kinda response I get. I'm trying to figure out where to start with what area to target. I guess it would be assigning contracts to gain some money. What do you think or what advice do you have for me?

No, I have not been involved with any at this point. I have a friend who has been using a negotiator and they do all the work on buying the short sales for them. I currently have another friend that wants to short sale her house to save her credit. She is willing to rent out my current residence after she does it. I have been trying to get a 3rd house, but am struggling to get through the need for 20% down as an investor. I have 2 properties as of right now. I rent out one and am looking to buy another. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Fred,

I found a possible partner out here. Due to meet up with her and get aquainted. I want to buy something so bad! I see deals all over the place, but the problem is I don't have any cash. Just got Dean's new book and I need to read it. I have a few places in mind, just don't have the cash to buy them. Any advice?
