Got Dean's book and i am returning to REI although i am fearful. I am planning to wholesale and lease purchase both in MD and VA and FY Myers, FL. I never wholesaled before but have no credit or funds so this is my start. Previously, invested in new construction, rehab and did rentals with deals funded through banks/mortgage companies.
Before retiring, I worked with the State and local government in affordable housing and development. I am now an asset manager and visit multifamily sites at 8 different states. I am hoping to learn, find deals, do leg work, check on properties for anyone needing assistance in these states. There are deals in the Cape and I visit Florida every month. I am glad i am getting back in REI as this is my passion.
