OfflineHere's a challenge (with a reward) to all DGers! I am looking for people that will do some research for me. All you need to do is do some calling or going in to your local banks (sounding CONFIDENT, even if you're faking it! 
) and find one that will do no-season refinances. You don't need to tell them your current financial situation or worry about your credit. Just find one that either does or is WILLING to work with investors on refinancing properties. If you need specific questions to ask them, I could put a list in later.
Here's the deal. I don't want ANY posts in this thread that say "I can't find any". Just the results of those you DID find. 
(I'm excited to see what we find!)
You can either PM me or leave the info here. I will then call them myself (and/or you) as well to verify. If you are someone going to the EDGE, I will take you to dinner one of the nights (It'll be FUN!!), and if you are not going to the EDGE I will send you a gift certificate.
We've got a couple months. It would be so awesome to have a list of these banks here that could help DGers make things happen (I'll fill you in on the rest of the ingredients for my purchase/refi system. This is for those who want to hold properties for cash-flow and also build their net worth with NO MONEY DOWN and NO MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET!)

Just got a PM asking what no-seasoning means. This means that there is no required length of time that you have to hold a property before the bank will do a refinance (or cash-out) loan. Some banks have a requirement that you own a property for 90 days, 6 months, a year before they will allow you to refinance. They are the majority and NOT what we are looking for.

I knew this would not be an easy assignment, but to everyone who puts the effort in to find one of these banks you have struck a goldmine!! Keep looking!! And remember, a no on the phone is not necessarily a no. Going in to talk to someone in person can end up with different results. And remember, the banks work for YOU, not the other way around. YOU are doing THEM a favor by usng their services.

I don't know how I missed this post, I do have some banks here in Clarksville TN, That don't require season,, Thetas the reason I have being trying so hard to get mu finance situation in order. I do know with this I could be walking away with cash and positive cash flow. I will try to get that list to you tonight. I just didn't have you wrote down on my little yellow pad for today. You can blame Dean for this one, His video got me stared on this.

Shoot I did attend the edge and I know of one bank here locally that not only does no seasoning refi's but does cash out refi's too. I posted it on the site not to long ago. You have to live here locally though they also do purchase and rehab loans as well.
