My real estate agent provided me with a website that offers mls listings. I am looking at properties everyday. It is a very convenient way to buy real estate.

I've been reading so many diffrent blogs on the Forums. I am learning alot. Stanley and I decided yo but One of Deans books today.
The millionare one. I hope it helps Stanley and myself to start toward our first offer.

So I am disappointed in my self and excited at the same time. I had to go grocery shopping, so that I can feed i kids. The store was crowded and loud. My phone rang twice. I did not answer it, not because of fear, it was just to loud in the store. So I figured I could call them back when I get home. Well, one was driving, and told me to call back this evening, the other one did not answer the phone. That is two clients (buyer) that I might lose. So lesson learn. Go grocery shopping at night, or just leave grocery basket, handle business then continue to shop. I am so excited.

So last night I made 2 ads one on Craiglist and the other one on Backpage. Well my phone just rang, and Fear said, "don't answer that". I listen to my fear, and now I got to call this person back. Well while trying to get the nerves up to call this person back I got another call. I told Fear, no deal,and I answered the phone. I survived. Guess what, it was a human on the other end of the phone. I can do this. I got a buyer. Thank you DG and Family. All of those videos I have been watching is paying off.

I visited two houses for sale . One was an upper fixer and the other is in good condition. I am not sure about the formula for houses in good condition.

HI... I have a question for you all, not just the coaches.

See, I'm one of the failures. I enrolled in the real estate academy, and gave it a sincere, all out, effort, and earned nothing. I did not have a single offer -out of 50+ before I ran out of money and time, - accepted. I haven't even been able to finish paying for the academy, as a matter of fact. There have been some other bumps in my road that have left me facing no other choice but to file bankruptcy and try to start over.

TO that end, I am back, and I am looking into scraping up my few pennies left and getting my California Real Estate Agents License.

Now here is my question.
