Hello DG Family

I got a house in Mckeesport, PA under contract for $5,000 and advertised it on craigilist for $20,000. This property is located in a BUY and RENT area. This property was suppose to be my first deal to close. Unfortunately, I had only one person who I never screened to qualify her as a real cash buyer (Tire Kicker) on my buyers list.

Now she has backed out I feel frustrated but I won't let it bother me. T I have until the 18th of August to sell this property.

The Seller called me this morning to see how far I have gone so I told him my partner (who I now realized was a tire kicker) will be inspecting the house this afternoon. Now I dont know what to tell him when he calls again. PLEASE I NEED HELP!!

With life crashing down around me (not literally) I am finding it hard to get things moving. I am a business owner and I am engaged in many other things. What is the one things people have done to get their first real deal under their belt. My credit is bad so I am trying to partner with people. I am a successful person just having problems getting this going. Would love to do 8 deals a year
